Began with a small shop and a sincere passion for flavor.
Our founder Zhang Liang, inspired by the delicious flavors of Sichuan Malatang，crafted our signature spicy bone broth with meticulous dedication, winning the love of countless diners.
His goal was simple: to build businesses and prosper with family and friends. Together, they grew the brand.
As of August 2026, we are present in 33 provinces in China and 24 countries globally,with 6,000+ stores total, including 170+ overseas locations.
